Waitakere Water Polo Club was lucky enough to send away a group of our developing players to play against some of the best local club teams in Montenegro and international teams in Europe.

Dani was named MVP of the New Zealand Water Polo Men's National League while playing for the Waitakere Blue Devils and alongside this commitment as a player, he was also the assistant coach of our Senior Women's Team who won Gold in the Woman's National League (read more about it here).

The Blue Diamonds dug deep in the third quarter, that started with a six-on-five goal to young gun Libby Alsemgeest in the middle after a pass in from Emmerson Houghton. They’d eventually score another three goals (Emmerson Houghton 2, Zuniga) to Magic’s two (Nicole Lewis, Tate Renata) to take the score to 6-6 heading into the last quarter.
