Flippa Ball League
Welcome to the Te Atatu Peninsula Flippa Ball League!
Team entries are open now! Games will begin on the 17th of February and end on the 7th of April. Entries close on the 7th of February. The entry fee is $450 per term. Please email Margaret and Genna at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any support in getting a team together! Divisions will depend on team entries, but we’re likely to have an A and a B to cater for both experience and age differences.
About the League
The Te Atatu Peninsula League is a brand new Flippa Ball competition for West & Central Auckland primary schools. Games run for 8 weeks each Term, on Sunday afternoons from 3pm for all four school terms. Flippa Ball is a great sport for building water confidence (in a shallow pool) and team skills while having fun! The only equipment needed is togs, we provide the rest. A usual team size is around 10, with 7 players in the water at once. If you have any questions, please email Margaret and Genna at email@example.com. New schools are more than welcome – let us know if you need any support in getting a team together or with coaching! We can also help individual players to get involved in another schools’ team or a combined team.
The League is held at the Peninsula Primary School Pool – 22 Waipani Rd on the Te Atatu Peninsula. Onsite parking is available.
Our coordinators are Margaret Chase & Genna Martin. Margaret has been involved in water polo for many years, and Genna brings significant Flippa Ball experience from the Epsom League.
