Introduction to Water Polo for ages 9 to 13

This is a 4-week course (we are looking to get one more but it is unlikely) is run in the Scoreboard end at West Wave Pool next to Flippa Ball. It is open to both club members and casual users.

Children will learn how to stay afloat with the egg-beater kick, the rules of water polo, and get a chance to play the game with others who are doing the same. It is a great transitional tool for moving between Flippa Ball and water polo OR, for beginners! It's a good way to see if water polo is right for your child!

Children will need to be able to swim a minimum of 100 metres without stopping to participate in the programme, which is tested on the first day.

Cost: $60 per child

  • Sunday, November 15

  • Sunday, November 29

Training: Sundays 11 am - 12pm.
